Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 May 2026
zYou24 (“See You 24hrs”) is an enterprise-oriented intelligent surveillance and operations platform. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices you have. The exact details of your deployment (data location, retention, and roles) may also be defined in your organization’s agreement with the service operator.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, registered users, and authorized operators who access dashboards and APIs. If you interact with zYou24 only as an employee or contractor of a customer organization, your employer’s instructions and contract may also govern how data is used.
Information we may process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process categories such as:
- Account and identity data — for example email, display name, organization identifiers, and authentication events needed to secure access.
- Operational and technical telemetry — such as connection metadata, device or camera identifiers you configure, timestamps, and diagnostic signals needed to run and secure the platform.
- Video-related metadata and AI outputs — such as detection events, embeddings or similarity scores produced by your configured models, search queries, and audit records tied to operator actions (subject to your deployment settings).
- Billing and payment-related records — when you purchase or manage subscriptions through integrated payment flows.
- Communications you send us — for example support requests and feedback submitted through official channels.
How we use information
We use the information above to provide and improve the service (including live viewing, grouping, AI modes such as object detection and face / RE-ID workflows, and search), to authenticate users, to detect abuse and protect security, to comply with law where applicable, and to communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Retention periods depend on product configuration, legal requirements, and your organization’s policies. Some logs and audit trails may be kept longer where needed for security investigations or compliance. When data is no longer needed for the purposes described, it should be deleted or anonymized according to the deployment’s retention rules.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risks involved, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported by the deployment, and separation of environments where applicable. No system is perfectly secure; you should also follow good credential hygiene and least-privilege access inside your organization.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Requests may need to be routed through your organization’s administrator when data is processed on behalf of a customer. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish material revisions. Continued use of the service after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy where permitted by law.
